Once we have received your order we will send a confirmation receipt to your email address. Zeus Luxury recommends saving this email in order to use with any customer service you may require in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase. This can be used in relation to any future warranty or return requests

You can choose to pay with paypal, credit or debit cards, Zeus Luxury does not handle any credit card numbers.

Pay with your Visa or MasterCard securely over the Internet. Your payment is handled by a 3rd party payment processor with secure encryption and under strict banking standards. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. There is no extra charge for card payments. When paying by credit / debit card starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. In the event that no payment has been received after submitting your order, Zeus Luxury may automatically cancel your order.

The collection and storage of personal information submitted to Zeus Luxury is governed by the UK Data Protection Act (2003). This means your details will not be divulged to third parties and we will not send you promotional information, by email or post, unless you agree to it.

For UK customers the total price shown is the amount payable.

For EU and WORLDWIDE customers, the price is also the total amount payable. The exchange rate applied is dependant on the rate for the day, and will be charged accordingly.

Zeus Luxury holds the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. If a price is obviously incorrect, due to error or otherwise on behalf of the company, Zeus Luxury, reserves the right to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. This can be performed at any time.

Warranty term: Two year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, case, crystal). Other parts than the above are not covered by this warranty. Please visit our WARRANTY section for further details.

When shopping with Zeus Luxury, we will save some of your data to fulfill your purchase. Zeus Luxury, treats all personal information confidential. You have the right to request access to your data and if there is anything wrong you can get it changed or removed. Zeus Luxury, may also use cookies, for example in order to improve your experience of the website.

Zeus Luxury, has the right to adjust prices, involve additional cost and change product information such as product pictures and offers without notice. The product images and information texts available reflect the product as much as possible. We reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the watch. The pictures may differ depending on the colour or resolution settings on your computer. All pictures should be seen as illustrations only, and do not guarantee correct appearance and characteristics.

Zeus Luxury, ships to the UK, EUROPE and WORLDWIDE. Deliveries are made in cooperation with the postal services and their partners in other countries around the world. You have the right to cancel purchases and return delivered goods by contacting Zeus Luxury’s customer service or using the contact form on Zeus Luxury’s website within 90days from receiving the goods, provided the goods are unpacked and in the same condition as when you received them. However, the cost and risk for transporting the returned goods to Zeus Luxury, will be on you. In cases where you as a customer believe that the delivery is delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to fulfill the order it is your responsibility to cancel the order. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with Zeus Luxury, either by email or telephone. If a product has been discontinued or sold out, Zeus Luxury has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the customer. Zeus Luxury will notify the customer of a replacement or equivalent products if available.

It is important that you as a customer carefully check your goods / products when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the products are not damaged and correct. If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or does not match the one you ordered or, you shall also contact us within 90days from receiving the product.

Any complaints shall be made to our customer service through our contact form on the contact page. Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint and we will get back to you shortly with instructions on how to return the item. Defective products returned to Zeus Luxury, should be treated as if they were faultless. It is in all types of returns extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit. Zeus Luxury, has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued or sold out, the customer will receive a full refund.

Zeus Luxury responsibility for errors in connection to delivery is limited to existing conditions of sale. Zeus Luxury bears no direct or indirect responsibility for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm. Zeus Luxury will not be liable for any theft or damage to the product on or during delivery, nor will the company be liable to import or duty charges due on delivery. Customers are advised to check import/duty fees in his/her home country before placing an order via the Zeus Luxury website.

Zeus Luxury shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. As the release factor should be considered include government intervention, new / amended legislation, lack of state, war, fire, flood, labour disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions or lack of delivery from suppliers and the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects activities.

All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyright, on the website and in the material published on it are owned by Zeus Luxury or its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of the site or its content, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Zeus Luxury.

The Zeus Luxury website may include user generated content from for example social media content. Zeus Luxury does not claim any ownership in rights in such content (images, photos and videos etc.) and take no legal responsibility for it. In case you for example suspects a violation of copyright, or any other right, or otherwise is offended by such content, please contact our customer service.

All products remain in Zeus Luxury property until full payment is made.

All attempts at fraud reported to the police and Zeus Luxury, reserves the right to cancel the purchase if any suspicion is raised.

These terms and your use of the Zeus Luxury website are governed by UK law. To the extent permitted by law, UK courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute arising from these terms of use and your use of the website, subject to Zeus Luxury’s right to prosecute a user at his/her place of residence.
